Postnatal Yoga.

 

Yoga is ideal for new mothers because it isn't as strenuous as any other form of cardio or strength training, but it is effective with healthy eating and rest (if possible). Not only yoga helps trim the figure, but it is also a way to strengthen abdominal and pelvic muscles that may have been weakened during childbirth. For mothers of newborns, taking care of the baby is a priority. As a result, moms often neglect their own needs. But a popular exercise class of offering the opportunity for both.

Postnatal yoga is a chance for busy moms to relax, de-stress and connect more with their babies.
